what it is
ONE/44
ONE/44 is SLY's independent architecture compiler. It transforms a raw product idea into a structured system blueprint containing product context, data architecture, backend behavior, permissions, constraints, implementation requirements and build directives.
the problem
AI-assisted products often fail because the initial instruction is vague, internally inconsistent or missing operational constraints. ONE/44 moves critical decisions upstream, treating the instruction layer as architecture rather than improvisation.
how it works
- 01Product intent enters through an approved SLY or ONE/44 workflow.
- 02ONE/44 structures context, users, goals, constraints and edge cases.
- 03It develops the system blueprint, data model, backend requirements and trust boundaries.
- 04It compiles the result into a reviewable build directive.
- 05Authorized operators review and approve how the architecture is used.
capabilities
- ·Product-intent decomposition
- ·System blueprint generation
- ·Structured data-model planning
- ·Backend-function and workflow planning
- ·Permission and trust-boundary definition
- ·Constraint and edge-case capture
- ·Build-directive compilation
- ·Verified current connected capability: architecture.compile_from_idea — active, version 1.0.0
inputs & outputs
inputs
- Raw product idea
- Business context and users
- Constraints, requirements and source material
outputs
- Structured architecture project
- System and data blueprint
- Backend and workflow requirements
- Permission/trust considerations
- Compiled build directive
architecture
ONE/44 operates as an independent specialist engine with its own operational boundary. SLY invokes only explicitly approved capabilities through a signed, allowlisted server-to-server connection.
data flow
SLY submits an authorized, scoped architecture request. ONE/44 returns normalized architecture output and safe execution metadata. The systems remain independently governed and do not share unrestricted database access.
ownership disclosure
Created and developed by SLY. SLY retains ownership of the product concept, system design, interface, documentation, workflows, orchestration patterns, structured output formats and associated methodologies, except for identified third-party technology and client-owned material.
what sly owns
- Architecture-compiler product concept
- System decomposition and compilation methodology
- Structured architecture and output formats
- Interface, workflow and review experience
- SLY integration and governance pattern
- Documentation and product identity
third-party technology
- Base44 application infrastructure
- Underlying AI/model services
- Cloud, integration and open-source dependencies referenced in outputs
operating boundaries
- ·Does not accept arbitrary remote function execution through SLY
- ·Does not expose private prompts, schemas or signing material
- ·Does not automatically publish or deploy an architecture
- ·Does not guarantee that generated architecture is production-ready without review and testing
- ·Does not transfer ownership of third-party infrastructure or client-owned source material
trust
ONE/44 uses an allowlisted capability model, independent data boundary and signed server-to-server connection. Human review remains required before deployment or commercial commitment.
maturity
Operational as an independent SLY specialist engine and connected to the SLY command layer through one active, versioned architecture capability.
